Terms of Service
Last updated 20 October 2026
Relmock is a free tool for building and testing against mock APIs. Use it for test data, don't abuse it, and understand that it comes without guarantees. Your projects stay yours.
1. The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and [operator name], [country] ("we"), who runs Relmock at relmock.com and app.relmock.com (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Relmock for a company, you accept them for that company too.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 and give a working email address.
- Keep your password and your mock API keys safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person per account. Don't create accounts to get around limits.
3. Price and limits
Relmock is free while in early access. Every account has limits on projects, tables, records, requests per second and requests per month, shown on the Account page. Calls over a limit are refused with 429. We may change the limits, and if we ever introduce paid plans we will tell you in advance; nothing you already use for free will start costing money without your agreement.
4. Your content
- Your schemas, records, endpoints and other project data remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and serve them only as needed to run the service for you.
- Public docs links and mock URLs work for anyone who has the link. Don't share them if the project shouldn't be seen.
- You are responsible for having the right to use anything you upload or import.
5. Acceptable use
Relmock is for development, testing, demos and prototypes. You agree not to:
- store real personal data, real credentials, payment card data or other sensitive information in your mocks;
- use mock URLs to host or deliver malware, phishing pages, spam or illegal content;
- use Relmock as the production backend of a live product;
- overload the service, get around its limits or rate limits, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
- access other people's accounts or data, or resell the service.
We may suspend or delete projects or accounts that break these rules, without notice where needed to protect the service or other people.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Relmock running, but it is an early-access service and may be slow, unavailable or lose data. Keep your own copy of anything important (Import & export gives you OpenAPI, SQL, JSON and more). We may change, add or remove features, and may end the service with at least 30 days' notice by email so you can export your data.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page; your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy. We may close accounts that break these terms, or inactive free accounts after telling you by email at least 30 days in advance.
8. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of generated data, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the service. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to €50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we will update the date above and tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Relmock after that means you accept the new terms.
11. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of [country], without affecting any consumer protections you have where you live. Questions: [contact email].
